Noah assisted with a personal delivery to the hotel and transportation suggestions. Ramsey supported with room requests, water, and luggage handling. I value this service.

The car park entrance poses a challenge, especially with a larger car.

The staff was very cute from the beginning. Their friendliness and willingness to help. The rooms are fine, spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with oriental style. All clean with attention to detail (which i appreciate a lot). The breakfast was great with fresh and delicious options to choose from.

I noticed a slight delay in room service one evening, but it was quickly resolved.

The hotel is in a great location near the canal! The staff were super nice to me, especially at the breakfast area. I found the rooms very clean. Everything looked super clean. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The sound insulation was not great. I could hear doors opening and closing in the hallway.

The car park entrance is difficult to navigate with a large vehicle. The reception area felt more like a four-star hotel than a five-star hotel. It was quite basic. The room felt small.

The gym was well equipped (I actually used it!) with no crowds.

The sound insulation was an issue. I could hear every door open and close down the hallway, REALLY annoying. People arguing during checkout times in the reception area. The stay this time wasn't worth the price.
